Must Have

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Service Planning/Scheduling role or equivalent., High degree of organisational ability., Demonstrated experience working with various computer systems and programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint., Ability to plan work effectively and work well under pressure., Work well both independently and in a team., Ability to effectively and productively engage with key stakeholders at all levels throughout the organisation., Superior oral and written communication skills.

Creating purchase orders for spare parts

and other required goods and services.

Monitoring spare parts orders and delivery dates to support efficient service execution.

Tracking workshop equipment repairs and coordinating collection and delivery with customers.

Supporting preparation and management of parts for service jobs

including stock returns and inventory accuracy.

Monitoring labour hours

Ensuring all service activities and job records are accurately entered and maintained within company systems.

Maintaining and updating customer asset information within Konecranes operating systems.

Coordinating technician travel arrangements

including accommodation and flights where required.

Assisting with customer site induction records to ensure compliance requirements remain current.

Participating in branch service meetings

and HSE committee activities to promote continuous improvement and safe work practices.

Providing general administrative support to the branch as required.
