What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent technical discipline, experience in service operations, workshop supervision, and field service execution, Demonstrated ability to lead technicians and service engineers, Hands-on knowledge of engine systems (preferably Rolls-Royce or similar heavy industrial engines), commitment to QHSE standards and compliance, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively
Nice to Have
Experience in power systems, industrial engines, or marine/energy sectors, Exposure to budget planning, service pipeline development, and utilization forecasting, Supervisory experience in a multinational engineering or technical environment
