We have an opening for a Service Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for maintenance program activities. This position supports the coordination, tracking, and reporting needed to enable maintenance work execution and assessment readiness. The selected candidate will collect and analyze operational data, coordinate with deployed teams and vendors, track procurements and material lead times, and assist with the logistics and documentation associated with audits and assessments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple functional areas. The position supports established service operations processes and contributes to improved schedule visibility, reporting accuracy, and maintenance readiness. This position is in the Strategic Deterrence (SD) Directorate. This position may offer a hybrid schedule, which includes the flexibility to work from home one or more days per week, after a probationary period. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options, may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization. This position will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team.
