Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field, 8+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, 3+ years serving as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Consultant, Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities, Understanding of ITIL principles and service management frameworks, Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations supporting thousands of users, Experience with CMDB architecture, governance, and service mapping, Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API development, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, Leadership in cross-functional project coordination and multi-agency collaboration, Experience in strategic IT implementations and business process re-engineering, Proficient in risk mitigation, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor, negotiate, and lead complex initiatives
Nice to Have
