Must Have
10+ years of experience in mechanical services or commercial construction, at least 5 years in a management role, knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing and mechanical systems in a commercial setting, Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure, Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or related field

THE SERVICE MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING AND MANAGING THE DELIVERY OF MECHANICAL SERVICES FOR COMMERCIAL CLIENTS. THIS ROLE ENSURES THAT ALL SERVICE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED EFFICIENTLY, SAFELY, AND WITHIN BUDGET. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION, HVAC AND/OR PLUMBING SERVICE, EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP ABILITIES, AND A FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THIS POSITION REQUIRES COLLABORATION WITH CLIENTS, SERVICE TECHNICIANS, AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO MAINTAIN HIGH SERVICE STANDARDS AND PROMOTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
