What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or a similar role, knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls, Leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles, Practical communication skills for interactions with team members, vendors, and residents, Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to use for everyday work assignments and on-call rotation, Possess own basic tools, Ability to lift 50+ lbs and walk multiple flights of stairs daily, customer service skills and a can-do attitude
Nice to Have
HVAC Certification a Plus, Familiarity with property management operations is a plus
