What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience in industrial and/or environmental asset retirement, including well, pipeline, facility, and infrastructure abandonment, demolition, and site transition programs., Proven leadership experience overseeing complex, contractor-driven execution, multidiscipline teams, and high-risk field operations., understanding of regulatory and client requirements related to abandonment, demolition, and site closures, including construction interfaces, safety-critical work, and execution risk., Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, margins, schedules, and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects., communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience representing technical programs to senior clients, regulators, and partners.
What You'll Do.
Lead and grow the Decommissioning
Demolition & Abandonment service line
ensuring operational performance
financial sustainability
and high‑quality project delivery.
Steward execution of complex DDA programs including well and facility abandonment coordination
and integration with assessment
remediation and reclamation activities.
Support identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
including developing proposals
leading RFP responses
and supporting cross‑functional growth strategies.
and support multidisciplinary teams
fostering a culture of safety
and continuous improvement.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support cross‑service collaboration with our two other technical service lines, Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation and Closure (ARRC) and Water Resources and compliance (WRC) to deliver integrated environmental solutions.; Mentor, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams.
Communication Scope
communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience representing technical programs to senior clients, regulators, and partners.
Process & Methodology
manage budgets, margins, schedules, and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects
