This opportunity offers the prospective candidate unparalleled recognition, skills development and exposure, career development and an environment to land and transition from the military. SLP candidates are given full support from Netcompany instructors and Veteran’s Employee Resource Group. SLP candidates are also assigned a Netcompany veteran to assist transition, a relationship that compliments our formal mentoring process. The Programme is 12 months long, although the successful candidate will become a full-time employee upon completion of the probation period of 6 months. Note: SLP is not an internship – candidates are hired as fulltime employees from day one. The role can be fulfilled from our Leeds or Birmingham. During the 6-month probation period office attendance of 3 days per week is mandatory. Knowledge/Abilities: Service Leavers will join Netcompany and be exposed to several areas of the business during the Programme.
