## **Job Description** **Job Title:** Service Engineering Specialist **Working Pattern:** Full time **Working location:** Indianapolis, IN/Hybrid (3 days onsite on avg.) The AE Service Engineering team provides technical support for in-service events and proactive analyses to ensure safe operation and to eliminate future customer disruptions. In this role you would be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and event descriptions provided by field service reps and operators, coordinate efforts of design, performance, controls, and metallurgical engineers, determine root cause and corrective action, and providing technical information to program management, field service reps, operators, and OEMs. This role will be expected to lead the execution of Engineering Investigations (EIs), including Red Top (Safety) investigation which requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams to determine root cause utilizing properly scoped Root Cause investigation methodologies.
