Must Have

Vocational or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e. g. , Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance), 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role or industry (CNCs, laser cutters, or ideally, industrial 3D printers), Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex technical equipment, understanding of KPI-driven performance and how to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving production environment, Mechanically minded with the ability to quickly understand complex systems, Excellent team player with communication and collaboration skills, Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation, Comfortable learning new technologies and not afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep an overview in a high-paced setting

What You'll Do.

Operate and maintain high tech 3D printers to support daily production

Troubleshoot equipment issues and execute scheduled preventative maintenance

Take ownership of machine uptime and reliability by identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions

Analyze performance data and lead improvement projects to increase uptime and quality

Create and maintain clear documentation for maintenance procedures

Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to minimize downtime

Conduct and improve quality control checks

You’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for operating, servicing, and continuously improving these high tech machines, ensuring every customer order is delivered with precision and on time. You will be instrumental in our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, with tasks ranging from preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to process improvement, documentation, and spare parts management. You’ll take ownership of equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), driving operational excellence and minimizing downtime. This is a hands-on, dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where quality, reliability, and continuous improvement are key.
