**What you will do** The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for **BMS** systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project / service team of BMS driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service **How you will do it** * Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation * Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation * Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities * Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions * Handle project administration **What we look for** **Required** * Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent * 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences * Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer **Preferred** * Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills * Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability * Good spoken and written in English and Chinese * Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline * Willing to work on site in various locations #LI-AA1
