This position serves as a key technical resource supporting Octoplex system configuration, troubleshooting, and long-term product support at the Jupiter facility. The role may also provide limited field service support and light travel to assist OEM partners, vessel commissioning, and escalated technical issues. Service Engineers may be required to work with or without schematics or formal instructions and are expected to diagnose component- and system-level failures using standard lab-grade test equipment. This role requires light component-level repair and soldering skills, with a primary focus on system functionality, configuration, and reliability rather than high-volume board repair.
