We are currently taking applications for a field service engineer to join our team. Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation and/or repair of Teledyne Hanson Research instruments. You will also work with the sales teams on identifying potential service contract possibilities and strive to provide a high level of service and support for our customers. Primary Responsibility Provide quality, professional HRCare support to all customers. Perform scheduled service and installations throughout the US Perform technical support via phone and email Perform on-call repairs when necessary Report expenses according to corporate T&E policy Assist the service manager in the training of new employees Provide field data to engineering for product improvements Plan for upcoming travel or projects Progress ongoing or new cases/technical issues Maint
