What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in process industry equipment maintenance, management, or design, Knowledge and experience with rotating equipment, including pumps or compressors, Good hands-on operational ability and experience, Good problem-solving ability, strong logical thinking, Ability to read English drawings and materials, Possess a driver's license and driving experience
What You'll Do.
On-site service work including mechanical seal installation and disassembly
control system commissioning
Handling on-site failure analysis and fault handling
including information investigation
report and solution compilation
and providing improvement suggestions to customers
Performing mechanical seal disassembly
and testing at the service center
Performing failure analysis at the service center
Maintaining equipment according to equipment maintenance procedures and filling out maintenance records
Maintaining mechanical seal repair ledgers and repair transfer forms
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicating with customers to provide reasonable improvement plans; Cooperating with the service center manager to complete daily operations, 5S management, asset and tool management; Supporting other service centers when their workload is heavy; Supporting the sales team to achieve business goals
