Purpose of role: This role is a full fledge Service Engineer, support the business in Bintulu for MRP contracts and transactional sale. This role will be based in Bintulu. Key Responsibilities: ·Technical Expertise: Perform seal refurbishment work, provide inspection report, and handle full workflow process. Withdraw the stock from inventory and maintain and manage inventory. ·Field Service & Support: Perform on-site installation, removal, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of mechanical seals and support systems. ·Customer Interaction: Build rapport, provide training on product usage, and assist the sales team with technical discussions. ·Maintenance & Repair: Maintain service center building and equipment in a clean and efficient state, ensuring repair jobs meet quality standards. ·Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures and company policies.
