What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6 years of experience in a similar role in IT Service Desk / User Support, second line support, workplace management, Windows 10+ workstation support, Microsoft 365/Office applications, common workplace tools and peripherals, Active Directory, basic Windows/Linux server concepts, networking fundamentals, backup/restore, antivirus, patching, software deployment, Excellent communication and interpersonal, analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, meet tight deadlines, Excellent knowledge of English, Excellent knowledge of French

Nice to Have

ITIL certification, Windows 10 MCSA, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, IT Helpdesk/Google IT Support, MOS

Provide first/second line Digital Workplace support

Handle user interactions

Assist users with software/applications/devices

Monitor and follow up on incidents
