Must Have

Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery Management within complex enterprise or government environments, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across technical and business teams, Experience managing technology services, service performance, and operational support functions, Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and business process optimisation initiatives, Sound understanding of IT service management frameworks and operational governance practices, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party service providers, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, Ability to operate autonomously and exercise professional judgement in fast-paced environments, Experience supporting business continuity, incident management, and change management activities, An active NV2 Security Clearance is required for this position
