The Global Vendor Services (GVS) squad is responsible for: * Ensuring international production capability for CPE services and international access * Supporting product development with international expertise * Developing concepts for license management and implementing international service-enabling functions * Managing suppliers through effective vendor management * Conducting technical contract negotiations with providers * Ensuring the international end-to-end logistics and service chain, including the performance management of hardware and CPE field service providers Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders * Assist in the analysis and visualization of business processes, with a strong focus on usability and operational needs * Contribute to feasibility analyses based on existing systems and data structures * Support the preparation of functional specifications and related technical documentation * Contribute to cost-benefit evaluations within the scope of assigned tasks * Assist in coordinating technical implementation, testing, and acceptance activities together with relevant departments and external partners * Support project-related activities and documentation * Wor
