What You'll Do.
Oversee Technology Infrastructure Operations
Manage major incidents
Communicate with stakeholders
Resolve or prevent incidents
Conduct root cause analysis
Provide leadership to cross functional teams

Ensure prompt service resumptions
Ensure permanent resolutions to problems
Ensure successful implementation of IT changes
Facilitate and coordinate implementation of IT changes
Facilitate and coordinate testing of IT changes
Manage Service Management processes
Monitor service commitments
Manage service commitments
Document known faults
Investigate technical solutions
Recommend technical solutions
Improve technical support processes
Apply technical expertise
Apply operational excellence
Improve efficiency of technical operations
Act as point of contact for operational issues
Provide on-call support
Ensure services meet Client requirements

Create performance reports
Create capacity reports
