Good understanding of IT infrastructure, Excellent working knowledge of Technical Infrastructure operations support, Excellent understanding of Service Delivery Operations, Excellent relationship and leadership skills, Proven experience in developing and managing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, technical expertise in IT infrastructure, Exceptional organizational skills, Demonstrated ability to lead disaster recovery testing, Ability to work within a team environment, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What You'll Do.

Oversee Technology Infrastructure Operations

Manage major incident and problem management

Communicate with stakeholders

Resolve or prevent incidents

Provide leadership to operational teams

Encourage teamwork and collaboration

Ensure prompt service resumptions

Implement IT changes and solutions

Coordinate implementation and testing of IT changes

Manage Service Management processes

Monitor and manage service commitments and SLAs

Document known faults and resolutions

Investigate and recommend technical solutions

Improve technical support processes

Apply technical expertise and operational excellence

Improve department's technical operations

Act as point of contact for operational issues

Provide on-call support

Prioritize services to meet client requirements

Create SLA reports and graphs

Forecast performance reports

Manage operational acceptance testing

Coordinate activities with technical teams

Assist in analysis of operational processes

Improve new operational processes

Ensure operational processes are documented and maintained

Ensure digital security certificates are updated

Keep certificate database up to date

Coordinate disaster recovery exercise

Conduct disaster recovery testing

Coordinate technical workshops

Conduct post-mortem meetings and reporting
