What You'll Do.
Ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes meet
Deliver high-quality service to end users
Build and manage expectations within the business
Drive the Product and Technology team to achieve
Build relationships with assigned internal customers
Address customer issues
Create and consolidate common data views of existing
Follow-up on the given Budget numbers
Challenge budget against yearly planning
Evaluate existing local and global services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction
Ensure services delivered meet or exceed expectations
Implement escalation procedures to address issues promptly
Maintain service quality
Provide regular reporting on service performance metrics
Provide regular reporting on supplier evaluations
Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Ensure a unified approach to service delivery
Maintain support and build governance models
Maintain a service delivery plan
Oversee and maintain a comprehensive inventory CIs
Assess supplier performance
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
