What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of experience in IT services, service delivery, project coordination, customer support, or similar roles, English level – Upper-intermediate or higher, ability to speak to US Customers and clarify the requirements or the request
Nice to Have
Experience with ITIL frameworks, Genesys Cloud or other call-center solutions, Jira, SNOW, Knowledge of project delivery methodologies, Spanish – good to have, Interest in cloud technologies, CX platforms, service operations

Support coordination of CX service delivery
Monitor service requests
Prepare service reports
Maintain and update service documentation
Collaborate with internal teams for service improvements
