In this dedicated role, you will be the single point of accountability for delivering managed security services. You will oversee our client relationship at the executive level and ensure the program meets commercial and operational expectations. This is a high-visibility position that requires equal parts technical credibility, and program management rigor. You will work with our client's security leadership. This includes the CISO and senior partners. Additionally, you will coordinate multiple teams. This team will deliver outcomes across SOC operations, threat intelligence, incident response, and technology adoption. You will report to Vice President of Delivery. ## Responsibilities Own the strategic client relationship at Director and above level, serving as the primary escalation point for all delivery, commercial, and relationship matters.
