What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of experience in network service delivery, telecommunications operations, or technical program management, 3 years of experience in a formal people management or leadership role, Experience managing the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (e. g. , Dark Fiber IRUs, high-capacity transport, or data center builds)
Nice to Have
Deep technical understanding of the physical and logical layers of networking, including fiber characterization, optical transceivers, and cross-connect architecture, Experience working at a major Internet service provider or Tier 1/2 Carrier in a provisioning or service delivery capacity, Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics (KPIs) to drive team performance and identify systemic operational risks, Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of unblocking stalled projects through vendor account management, Experience with Network Inventory Management systems and Salesforce-based order management workflows
What You'll Do.
Lead the team responsible for the mission-critical transition from a signed contract to a live network service
Oversee a high-performing group of Service Delivery Program Managers (PGMs) and Network Provisioners who manage the end-to-end lifecycle of circuit implementation

Act as the bridge between the Acquisition team and Network Operations
Ensure that our infrastructure partners meet their commitments and that our internal provisioning workflows are optimized for scale
Act as a senior point of escalation for complex delivery roadblocks
Work cross-functionally with Network Engineering
and external Carriers to ensure a seamless 'hand-off' to the live network
Manage a hybrid team of PGMs and Technical Provisioners to foster accountability and continuous process improvement
Drive end-to-end delivery of Dark Fiber
and IP Transit services
ensuring all carrier milestones are met
Manage the physical and logical activation of services while maintaining 100% accuracy in network inventory and port management
Hold carriers and vendors to contractual timelines and lead executive reviews for underperforming partners
Identify bottlenecks in the 'Order-to-Service' pipeline
and optimize internal tools for network asset management

We are a team of technical specialists and program managers focused on high-precision execution, ensuring that network infrastructure is delivered on time, documented accurately, and ready for immediate production use. We bridge the gap between initial planning and a fully operational network, maintaining the capacity required to support our growing footprint.
