Full Job Description
* Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to ensure a positive guest experience. * Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system, including handling payments. * Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders. * Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. * Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. * Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing. * Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties. * Assist with basic baking duties where required. * Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards. * Perform any other duties as assigned. **Requirements** * No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided * Possess a great service attitude * Energetic team player * Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays **Benefits** * Encouraging Work-Life Balance. * Good Career Development Opportunities. * Work with a Small and Vibrant Team. * Opportunity to Wear Many Hats and Gain Different Sets of Skills. * Family Care Leaves * Medical Coverage * Staff Discounts
