What You'll Do.
Handle all administrative functions for service customer process
Provide administrative support to Service Manager
Interface with customers and technical staff
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries
Resolve billable and non-billable service tickets
Generate and process invoices for billable service items
Communicate daily with technicians regarding ticket/job status
Attend Close out Meetings
Open Purchase Orders for Subcontractors
Schedule Subcontractors for remote sites
Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment
Monitor product order shipment
Alert customers on shipping and schedule issues
analyze and improve customer service functions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interface with customers, Unlimited Technology, Inc technical staff and Unlimited Technology, Inc. Technical Support Center; Communicate daily with technicians regarding the ticket/ job Status and schedule; Participation on the Safety Committee
