Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team), Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment, Good communication skills, friendly, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency, Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities, This position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling and/or climbing
What You'll Do.
Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present.
Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility.
Champion participation in community programs.
Lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group (TMRG) engagement.
Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their of care.
Perform on-the-job/hands-on team member training and mentoring.
Serve as subject matter expert for market programs
and development/training programs.
Assign tasks to team members within the department
in partnership with the team leader
and follow up to ensure task completion.
