Full Job Description

Envirotrol is seeking a Service Coordinator for our Charlotte location. In this role you will collaborate closely with customers, the Sales team, and the Service Department. You will manage customer requests, coordinate documentation/notifications with the Service Department, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Executes and maintains frequent contact with customers who have service needs/opportunities ● Actively listens and identifies customer concerns and acts as liaison with the Service Department ● Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment through relationship-building ● Utilizes North Boundary to provide account status and activity on customers via “CASES” ● Develops relationships with internal operations and administrative staff to ensure customer satisfaction ● Coordinates all activities with relevant department managers ● Maintains an active log of existing service contracts and monthly billings to assist management in revenue forecasting ● Orders parts and renews contracts ● Job setup/scheduling/technician time tracking via COINS ● Processes purchase orders and reconciles purchase order log EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: ● At least 5 years of experience in HVAC Service preferred ● 4-year College Degree preferred ● Strong Excel, and Microsoft Office skills ● Experience with CRM/sales software applications preferred ● Familiarity with Building Automation Controls is preferred WHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU:  Weekly Pay at c
