Must Have
5–8 years client service experience, 5–8 years relationship management experience, 5–8 years service lead experience, Wealth management experience, Prior experience at broker-dealer, Prior experience at TAMP, Prior experience at custodian, Client-facing capacity experience, Service process improvement experience, Familiarity with advisor portals, Familiarity with client portals, Working knowledge of financial data concepts, Proven ability to triage issues, Proven ability to manage issues, Excellent written communication ability, Excellent verbal communication ability
Nice to Have
Experience with Addepar, Experience with Black Diamond, Experience with Envestnet, Experience with Orion, Experience with Tamarac, Familiarity with data reconciliation, Familiarity with custodial data feeds, Familiarity with financial data operations, Experience in fintech environment, Experience in WealthTech environment, Experience in high-growth RIA environment, Exposure to Salesforce, Exposure to CRM tools, Series 65 or equivalent licensing
