Your mission is to identify business opportunities and deliver direct sales (sales through our channels network) of our products and services within your defined area of responsibility, whether that’s a specific region, customer group, industry, or product segment. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role through channels where your market insights, relationship-building skills, and proactive approach will directly impact our business success and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: * Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval’s HVAC & REF products and services. * Optimization and follow‑up of the new industrial heat pump installations to ensure the medium‑term service business. * Channel management and business developmet * Analyze market trends and customer buying behavior to develop effective strategic sales plans with our partners aligned with divisional strategy and targets. * Engage with customers through regular visits, meetings, and interactions, focusing on understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions. * Manage your channels grid and proactively plan activities using our digital tool
