What You'll Achieve.
Ensure adequate inventories are maintained; Ensure all scheduled customers are serviced; Maintain a high standard of customer service; Secure optimum utilization of resources; Continually improve work productivity; Ensure overtime hours are necessary; Ensure employees are working efficiently; Ensure employees are performing functions safely; Ensure employees are performing functions productively; Ensure DQF, DOT Logs and VCR are accurate

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of supervisory experience, Experience using integrated fleet management software, Experience using driver management software, Experience using compliance management software
Nice to Have
In depth knowledge of DOT regulations, Experience with JJ Keller software, Experience in hazardous waste industry, Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers, Ability to deal politely and professionally with coworkers, Ability to manage several tasks at once, Ability to use a computer to communicate, Ability to use a computer to create, Ability to use a computer to access information
What You'll Do.
Maintain and manage inventory supplies
Manage route scheduling
Redirect manpower and resources
Manage driver debrief process
Ensure documentation for every customer transaction
Update route comments
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Manage open order report
Resolve service issues
Manage customer interaction records
Monitor operations and staff
Recommend changes in methods
Recommend changes in procedures
Recommend changes in structure
Recommend additions in personnel
Recommend changes in personnel
Monitor department work productivity
Implement changes to improve work productivity
Manage route vehicles
Establish performance standards
