Act as Managed Service design expert
Drive development of Service Model
Serve as customer and business interface
Develop Work Breakdown Structures
Develop Organisation Breakdown Structures
Develop competitive resource costings
Produce customer artefacts
Produce allocated Work Package Descriptions
Produce statements of work for sub-contractors
Map solution against customer requirements
Ensure resources are prepared for delivery
