What You'll Do.
Provide safe and reliable transportation
Check customers in and out
Ensure shuttle is clean and comfortable
Check customers in and out of system
Schedule appointments
Provide safe shuttle service
Treat guests with respect
Assist shop with parts receiving
Process incoming parts
Process outgoing parts
Assist with other errands
Keep facility organized
Assist team members with clerical tasks
Assist with accounts receivable
Assist with filing paperwork
Direct guest service activities
Coordinate guest service activities
Participate in guest service activities
Notify service manager of vehicle servicing
Notify service manager of vehicle cleaning
Notify service manager of vehicle maintenance
Keep shuttle organized
Follow all safety policies
Follow all safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
