This position is responsible for writing repair orders, monitoring repair progress, helping ensure timely vehicle completion, and supporting internal and after-sales service needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You’ll Do: Communicate with the Reconditioning Manager, Used Car Manager, technicians, and porters to identify vehicle repair and reconditioning needs Write and manage internal repair orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to help ensure the timely completion of repairs Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and status updates to management Monitor work in progress and follow up on delayed
