What You'll Do.

Schedule appointments and control daily workflow

Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)

Present and sell recommended services and repairs

Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history

Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers

Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively

Ensure all work is properly documented and completed

Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores

Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
