What You'll Do.
Schedule service appointments
Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
Greet customers in a timely
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate
Establish "promised time"
Check on repair progress
Contact customers regarding estimate or promise time changes
Explain cost and time requirements
Get proper authorization before additional repairs
Test-drive the vehicle
Refer to the test technician
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating
Advise customers on car care
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance
Maintain dealership-prescribed standard for hours per customer repair
Understand and follow federal
state and local regulations
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Immediately report any and all accidents
