Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.** **The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.** Audi Flatirons has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor to join the Holman Family! **Compensation:** **Base:** $20,332 per year, **On Target Earnings:** $75,000 - $135,000 per year **What will you do?** The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs. * Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency * Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work. * Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles. * Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies. * Keeps the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle. * Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner. **What are we looking for?** * Service Advisor experience highly preferred * Dealership experience preferred * Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations #LI-RL1 INDRA **At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
