What You'll Do.

Initiate automotive services and repairs

Ascertain vehicle performance problems

Verify warranty and service contract

Develop repair estimates

Calculate customer payment

Prepare repair orders

Obtain approval signatures

Enter RO into service database

Communicate additional repair needs

Administer manufacturer warranty

Inform customer of service specials

Inform customer of completion times

Inform customer of service expenses

Serve as communicator and liaison
