Must Have
Associate's Degree technical school, 3 years of relevant experience of supervisory, management, or project leadership experience, Experience managing teams using Windows & Linux Servers, Server Operating Systems, and Cloud/AWS
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, Healthcare experience, 5 years of relevant experience supervisory, management or project leadership experience, Experience managing teams with disparate roles and focuses, and in directing the work of others

Provision of quality services within assigned area(s) of responsibility, Resource planning and development, Fiscal performance/budget management, Attainment of specific organizational goals, Development of site/service goals, Management of the budget, Collaboration with other team members to continually improve services, Development of policies and procedures, Participation in overall business planning, Developing organization budgets, policies and operating procedures, Planning, directing and evaluating the work of assigned work groups/teams, Establishing departmental goals and objectives, performance and production standards to assure quality, Acting as a customer advocate, Providing ongoing communication with customers, staff and multidisciplinary team regarding customer, staff, management, quality care issues and departmental goals, Leading the tactical planning for their area(s) of Digital Services, Preparation and management of an annual operating plan and budget, Developing capital and operational budgets for assigned area(s), Monitoring, managing and controlling budget, Analyzing variances and taking appropriate action, Developing plans for productivity improvements, Inspiring a culture that fosters and celebrates performance excellence, Championing an atmosphere exemplifying transformational care and service outcomes, Creating an expectation that staff become involved in committees, projects and continuous improvement activities, Holding staff accountable for high performance, Responsible for the retention of talent in a demanding technology environment that requires 24/7/365 service availability, Developing an understanding of what encourages retention in each individual, and its application, using creative, approved methods (e.
