Must Have
Age over 18 years or have proper work permit and authorization documentation, Complete a health screening and provide negative TB test results, Basic counting skills, Good communication skills including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English, Ability to operate standard serving equipment, Must be mindful regarding the use of resources and supplies, minimizing waste and misuse when possible, Ability to deal tactfully and professionally at all times with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and the general public, Complete the dining room training course with CCG, Must meet and maintain all state specific regulatory requirements, Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job including standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, Able to move intermittently throughout the work day and throughout the community, Ability to lift/carry 40+ lbs., push and pull carts as necessary, Not be considered an Excluded Party

What You'll Do.
Make residents dining experience pleasant
Provide highest quality customer service
Maintain dining areas
Take written food orders
Serve meals to residents
family members and visitors
Assist residents with meal/menu selections
Use proper etiquette and manners while waiting tables
Review residents dietary needs
Track resident attendance at meals
Greet and seat residents properly
Ensure a clean sanitary dining area
Comply with all policies and procedures regarding food handling
Display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents
Aid in community marketing effort through positive interactions
Return dishes to kitchen
Clean and set up of all dining and food service areas
Stocking of condiments
Cooperate and assist with other kitchen and dining services
Report any safety or equipment issues to Supervisor
Assist in breaking down deliveries
Deliver meals to resident rooms
Tray collection from residents rooms
