They act as the main point of contact between the kitchen and the customer, maintaining a clean and organized dining area while adhering to food safety and service standards. The server is our primary salesperson therefore, thorough knowledge of our menus is critical. Typical shift is 10:00am-5:00pm and must have open availability during weekends and holidays. **Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities** : * Greet guests promptly, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients. * Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely and professional manner. * Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need, clear used dishes, and reset tables for new guests. * ID guests in accordance to Idaho state liquor and identification laws.
