Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis), Ability to stand for prolong periods of time
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years Server experience in a fine dining, high volume setting, Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
What You'll Do.
Maintaining the dining room
Helping the guest make informed decisions
Deliver a high-quality food and beverage dining experience to all guests
Serve food and beverage
Maintain dining ambiance
Recommend menu offerings
Provide daily specials
Communicate orders to bar and kitchen
dietary needs and special requests
Describe each dish as well as the ingredients
preparation/techniques
purveyors and allergens
Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant
Maintain proper loss prevention standards
and alcohol beverage control policies
Complete all assigned side work relevant to guest interactive service
Consistently report to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work in proper uniform
Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
