Must Have
2+ years of serving experience, Fluency in English, Current work authorization in the United States
Nice to Have
Serving experience within a luxury hotel and/or high-end restaurant environment, Working knowledge of Micros POS system
What You'll Do.
Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests
Maintain an exceptional knowledge of food
and information about menu items and preparation methods
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sale
Anticipate guest needs
ascertain satisfaction
and offer suggestions
Deliver and clear guest food
Assist with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner
Upsell patrons on higher priced wine and food items to achieve the sales goals of the department
Accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments
Provide quick and efficient service
Follow all health and safety regulations
Ensure that professional
and efficient guest service is offered
Greet each guest promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile
