Escort patrons to tables and provide menus
Book dining reservations and arrange parties
Receive and record dining reservations via telephone
Ensure proper setup of dining and service areas
Request guests wait if no table is available
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of stations
Maintain clean and organized tables and work area
Present menus and make recommendations
Learn all menus and specials
Assist room service staff when needed
Check guests in and out of hotel suites
Help guests with luggage
Serve breakfast to overnight guests
Manage event related work
Resolve guests’ concerns in a prompt manner
