Secret US Government Clearance to be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret US Government Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret US Government Clearance, pass a human-factors screening, Experience delivering instructional teaching sessions that meet specific learning objectives, Ability to facilitate learning by applying subtle course facilitation skills and effective presentation skills, sound working knowledge and proficiency in the use of instructional methodologies (informal lecture, guided discussion, and role play) to present information and dilemmas, basic level MS Office skills (specifically Word and PowerPoint) and proficiency with using email, able to work independently and in a team environment, excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible and adaptable as needed, willing to travel for an on-site interview at their own expense
Nice to Have
Local resident, Graduate of an accredited U. S. military/government survival, evasion, resistance, and escape (SERE) course, Knowledge of Department of Defense guidance regarding the Code of Conduct, Graduate of a basic instructor course with an understanding of training approach and processes, Operational experience in Personnel Recovery tasks or with SERE TTP
