What You'll Do.
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Uphold the application of HR policies
and programs through ongoing maintenance and support of core HR systems
Supporting HR Systems Operations
Troubleshooting access issues
and role-based permissions
and importing data reports as needed
Validating and maintaining data consistency across multiple system environments
Collaborating with the team to test configurations
and issue resolutions
Monitoring and resolving system tickets
ensuring timely support for any concerns and delegating tickets to appropriate team members
Working closely and collaboratively with other teams
Learning new technologies and tools from other teams to build automated workflows (e. g. Power App developers)
Solving complex workflow problems with other teams handling different environments
Suggesting process improvements and automation ideas (MS Form workflow update)
Maintain documentation and communication
Editing any QRGs or documents with EVR brand as needed
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
