What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Engineering or Applied science in Physics, 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor testing and/or product engineering, Understanding of semiconductor test processes and manufacturing flow, Familiar with statistical analysis and data analysis tools, Proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, Manage multiple tasks, Meet deadlines, Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Interpersonal abilities
Nice to Have
Experience with memory/storage products, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Skilled in problem-solving methodologies, Experience with statistical tools and techniques, Familiarity with SPC, JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL, Java, ASP. NET C#, or data analytics tools, Experience supporting automotive or high-reliability products
What You'll Do.
Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes
Monitor burn-in process health
Analyze yield excursions
and process deviations
Lead root cause analysis
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Provide timely disposition and technical support
disposition decisions
Support qualification and release of new products
Partner closely with product managers
Generate and maintain SOPs
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
Participate in audits and customer quality reviews
Leverage experience and knowledge to grow teammates’ technical

As a Test Engineer - Process, you will lead the Project improvement in Burn In area, and support execution and manufacturing issues related to Test Process, and continue improve manufacturing issues with new ideas from time to time through close collaboration across teams and disciplines. In addition, you'll drive Test Process improvements to make our systems more robust and scalable via systematic and proper tools.
