Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadline, Programming experience in one or some coding language of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python/SQL, Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics, logic/analog circuits, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What You'll Do.
Be responsible for NAND Flash product test solution design and development.
Be responsible for Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and action plan.
Deliver a world class lead time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery in NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
Develop correct test condition for memory product and define test flow for mass production testing needs.
Design and drive evaluation experiments for product quality and test yield improvement.
Drive test cost reduction by running test time analysis
optimizing test method while retaining good test coverage.
Work with multinational team to complete projects in PDT (product development team) required time.
Achieve a world class TAT (Turn Around Time) for RMA (Return Material Authorization) with deep understanding on the failure mode.
