Full Job Description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.   Our client is a growth-focused digital marketing organization that helps businesses increase visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive measurable business results through strategic search engine optimization initiatives. They partner with clients across multiple industries to develop long-term growth strategies, improve search performance, and maximize return on marketing investments. As they continue expanding their client portfolio, they are seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to lead strategy, oversee account performance, manage team execution, and drive client retention through impactful SEO campaigns. Role Overview The SEO Strategist will oversee strategic planning and execution for approximately 30 client accounts. The SEO Strategist will be responsible for developing 12-month SEO strategies, conducting bi-annual quality assurance reviews, maintaining direct client relationships, leading a team of specialists and analysts, and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, analytical thinking, client management, and hands-on SEO expertise. Success in this role is measured by client retention, campaign performance, team effectiveness, and overall account profitability. Location Fully Remote | 9AM-5PM EST Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Retention - Develop and implement comprehensive 12-month SEO strategies for assigned clients. - Conduct bi-annual quality assurance reviews for all client accounts. - Maintain regular client-facing calls to communicate strategy, progress, and results. - Drive client retention as a primary performance metric and KPI for bonus consideration. - Monitor client budgets to maximize ROI and ensure profitability.
