What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and driving organic traffic, Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics, Experience with A testing, competitive analysis, and SEO performance reporting, understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical optimization, Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture for SEO improvements, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI search optimization and emerging search technologies is highly preferred, Familiarity with AI-driven search platforms and content optimization for LLMs and voice search

Our client is a growing business focused on strengthening its digital presence across both traditional and AI-driven search platforms. As the company continues expanding its online visibility efforts, they are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through SEO strategy, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and AI search optimization initiatives. LOCATION Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The SEO Specialist will develop and execute SEO strategies focused on improving visibility, organic traffic, and search performance across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and performance reporting to support measurable digital growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SEO STRATEGY & EXECUTION - Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility. - Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure following SEO best practices. - Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements to enhance discoverability and user experience. - Support SEO initiatives across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
